Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day procurement intake and Levelpath workflow.
• Review, triage, and route requests per established policies.
• Ensure requests progress through required approvals and reviews.
• Serve as primary operations contact for procurement questions.
• Maintain service levels and timely stakeholder communications.
• Monitor queues and identify bottlenecks to drive improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in procurement, P2P, or procurement operations (SaaS/tech).
• Experience with Levelpath or similar workflow platforms and Coupa.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Experience building operational dashboards and procurement metrics.
• Experience in high-volume procurement environments and PO management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, Finance, Legal, IT, Security.
