Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop Procurement Specialists team.
• Validate orders in Salesforce using quotes.
• Place and manage equipment orders via vendor portals.
• Troubleshoot orders via API and supplier systems.
• Ensure timely follow-up on confirmations and close orders.
• Support month/quarter/year close and procurement process docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum HS Diploma; AA or higher preferred.
• 2-5 years people management experience.
• 5+ years IT purchasing/procurement experience (VAR/Distribution preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and or Netsuite a plus.
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle and booking compliance.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced sales-centric environments.
