Procurement Manager (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Perform an IT/OT category and supplier-market scan covering the services and capabilities required
• Translate business, IT, architecture, security and transition requirements into practical sourcing
• Prepare, coordinate and issue RFI, RFQ and RFP documentation with relevant business, IT, Legal
• Plan and manage procurement milestones, dependencies and decisions in line with the integrated
• Develop evaluation criteria, commercial models and scoring structures, and coordinate transparent
• Support supplier shortlisting, clarification meetings, negotiations and commercial recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of procurement experience (10+ years preferred).
• Experience at Procurement Manager level or in a comparable strategic sourcing role.
• Proven experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives, complex tenders and supplier selection
• Strong background in IT procurement; experience within OT environments is highly desirable.
• Experience in the wind energy sector and/or with SCADA systems is considered a strong asset.
• Experience working within large and complex matrix organisations.
