• Source new SKUs and suppliers to scale non-horticultural gifting
• Lead negotiations to deliver cost savings while preserving quality
• Develop key supplier relationships and manage performance
• Act as commercial partner to Range team with market assessments
• Negotiate, implement, and manage commercial and operational contracts
• Manage supplier and SKU onboarding, ensuring readiness for supply chain

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in procurement/buying in FMCG or retail
• Strong negotiator and relationship builder; drive margins and savings
• Agile; identify requirements upfront to keep pace
• Outcome-driven; focus on high-impact wins
• Thrive in high-speed, sprint-style execution
• FTC contract ending Apr 2027
