Procurement Manager, Villas

📋 Description

• Own and grow global villa partner relationships, negotiating pricing and terms.
• Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and product quality.
• Define sourcing priorities by region, product type, and client segment.
• Lead villa integration into Ultraluxe, driving cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops to build scalable villa platforms.
• Position villas as core Ultraluxe components across journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in villa procurement, luxury travel, or related sourcing.
• Deep knowledge of the global villa ecosystem: PMCs, aggregators, pricing dynamics.
• Experience with inventory systems, APIs, or large-scale onboarding (preferred).
• Proven track record building supplier relationships and negotiating agreements.
• Strong commercial instincts balancing margin, scale, and product positioning.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
