📋 Description

• Own software licenses and SaaS spend, including usage and renewals.
• Audit, map, and optimize software spend across the company.
• Build renewals calendar to prevent unreviewed auto-renewals.
• Negotiate renewals and new contracts to cut costs.
• Establish software asset management (SAM) practices.
• Own hardware purchasing and related procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Procurement/vendor management experience with SaaS focus.
• Proven cost-savings in procurement.
• Confident, commercially sharp negotiator.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, unstructured env; builds processes.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder skills across IT, Finance, and business.
• Experience with SAM tools or spend-management platforms is a plus.
