📋 Description

• Respond to sourcing requests from sales across domestic and overseas suppliers
• Evaluate fit by aesthetics and use-case, not just price
• Build and maintain supplier knowledge base for quick reference
• Conduct market research on brands, trends and retail aesthetics
• Identify recurring product gaps; flag and solve proactively
• Document sourcing knowledge for team reference and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years in procurement, sourcing or buying
• Experience in American fashion/apparel; trend awareness
• Ability to evaluate product fit by customer demographics
• Strong research instincts; explore beyond first option
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Comfortable with CRM, knowledge bases and spreadsheets
