Procurement Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Purchasing: Coordinating the internal purchase requests from the business, creating purchase
• Operations: Track day-to-day performance and status of purchase orders, making sure that they are
• Vendor Communication & Relationship: Work closely with vendors to increase compliance with Wolt
• Follow-up and support raising awareness of procurement processes to internal stakeholders
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring that the purchase documentation, such as training material
• Cross functional excellence: Liaising with departments outside of Finance, such as Sourcing, Supply

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working in procurement
• Experience working with vendors
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Excellent English skills and eligible to work in the EU
