Procurement Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Design and own the intake-to-PO lifecycle (triage, onboarding, PO, fast-buy)
• Re-architect procurement with AI; build, deploy, and iterate with checks
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure PO accuracy and resolve issues
• Be the subject-matter expert; create training and policy guidance
• Metrics & Reporting: dashboards and narratives for leadership
• Cross-functional change management; lead initiatives with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years in procurement operations at a high-growth tech company
• Direct experience building zero-to-procurement processes (intake, onboarding)
• Deep familiarity with Ramp, Ironclad, Zip and automation
• Comfort building with AI tools and verifying outputs
• Working knowledge of AP and payment processes
• Strong business judgment; resolve exceptions with minimal guidance
• Builder's mindset; design scalable systems
• Excellent stakeholder communication with internal teams and vendors
