📋 Description

Own end-to-end requisition and PO lifecycle, ensuring policy compliance.
Build scalable Buy Desk standards for speed and accuracy.
Review requisitions for scope, pricing, budget, and terms.
Validate supporting docs (SOWs, quotes, contracts) attached.
Ensure routing and approvals per delegation of authority.
Drive automation and SOPs to improve procure-to-pay cycles.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in procurement operations or procure-to-pay.
Experience handling high-volume requisitions and POs.
Strong PO lifecycle, approval workflows, and delegation of authority.
Experience validating SOWs, quotes, contracts, and orders.
Hands-on with ERP or e-procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle or similar).
Exceptional attention to detail with a process-oriented, high-ownership mindset.
