Procurement Operations Manager - 12-month FTC ( MSP/ Staffing Industry )

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team delivering the Sourcing Insights program.
• Transform procurement for labor-based services (SOW).
• Act as strategic advisor to procurement stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor Procurement Specialists and Coordinators.
• Ensure delivery against SLAs and optimize workload.

🎯 Requirements

• Procurement experience or equivalent competencies.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/supply chain preferred.
• Experience with MSP, SOW procurement and RFPs.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and spend analytics.
• Proficiency with VMS/eProcurement tools, MSAs, SOWs, POs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder management.
