Procurement Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own procurement operations and category spend for G&A, product, and engineering.
• Oversee the full vendor lifecycle—from intake to renewal.
• Validate invoices and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely payments.
• Administer the P-Card program: policy alignment and reconciliation.
• Lead vendor reviews and contract execution with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with P&E, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in procurement operations or procurement support.
• Vendor relationships and contract lifecycle: intake, review, redline, renewal.
• Procure-to-pay with PO management, 3-way match, and invoice validation.
• Familiarity with P-Card program administration and spend compliance.
• SaaS background with focus on cost control and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; reporting tools a plus.
