Procurement Planner

📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels at our target safety stock for our Texas and New Jersey
• Create and process purchase orders weekly, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and
• Manage supplier relationships by tracking delivery performance and quality metrics, while
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through contract review, price benchmarking, and process
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams across both warehouses to align supplies with business
• Own essential reporting for weekly business reviews, focusing on procurement KPIs and days-on-hand

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets) and ability to work comfortably with
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to work autonomously
• Ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and meeting
