📋 Description

• Support deployment and day-to-day oversight of a BPO (BuyDesk)
• Build SOPs, governance, and escalation workflows for the BPO
• Track and manage KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality
• Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
• Drive procurement ops improvements to streamline sourcing
• Use P2P platforms like Zip and Ariba for requisitions, POs, invoices

🎯 Requirements

• Track stakeholder pain points to scalable procurement solutions
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Deploy and operate procurement support (BuyDesk, sourcing, supplier mgmt)
• Implement SOPs, governance, escalation workflows, and KPI/SLA management
• Hands-on P2P experience (requisition, PO, invoicing)
• Degree in supply chain, business, or operations; 5+ years procurement exp
