• Take handoff of triaged requests from the Procurement Operations Specialist and initiate the

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, operations, risk coordination, or project/program
• Proven project-coordination skills: able to run many concurrent workstreams, hold owners to
• Strong stakeholder-coordination instincts and being comfortable as the person who chases inputs and
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments, levels, time zones, and geographies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, staying calm under competing priorities in a fast-paced
