Procurement & Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead negotiations end to end on new vendors and renewals, from benchmarking and walk-away positions
• Structure deals beyond price: renewal uplift caps, usage and true-up mechanics, ramp schedules
• Run competitive sourcing and building the business case for vendor selection and consolidation
• Build and share repeatable AI-assisted sourcing workflows, such as proposal comparison, price
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec teams to evaluate new vendors and
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors on all contractual matters and act as the

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or direct vendor negotiation experience, ideally in a high-growth
• A self starter; You don’t just identify problems, you come with solutions. You don’t wait for
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with senior management, enabling to creatively meet
• Strong negotiation skills. You have a track record of negotiating six- and seven-figure software
• Understanding of commercial contract terms (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SOWs, licensing models) and
• Hands-on AI fluency: you already use AI tools (such as LLM assistants and agents)
