Procurement Sourcing Specialist

📋 Description

• Independently drive sourcing initiatives across spend categories
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and timelines
• Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and TCO analyses
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to optimize pricing and terms
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout sourcing initiatives
• Review commercial agreements and collaborate with Legal/Security

🎯 Requirements

• English communication skills (B2+/C1)
• 2+ years of procurement experience, with at least 1+ year in international IT/SaaS
• End-to-end sourcing, RFx processes, and TCO analysis
• Analyze NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS contracts
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Strong organizational discipline and stakeholder alignment
