📋 Description

  • Place all orders in Services Procurement Queue report
  • Place all Microsoft CSP orders
  • Follow up on order confirmations for software and hardware
  • Respond to chatters/emails in a timely manner

  • Confirm vendor and customer billing schedules

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT procurement
  • Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
  • Experience with Cisco, HP, Dell, Palo Alto, Aruba, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in procurement/order management systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
