📋 Description

• Process purchase orders and supplier invoices accurately.
• Verify vendor documentation, quotes, and pricing.
• Validate invoices against POs and receipts.
• Monitor open POs and delivery schedules; escalate delays.
• Collaborate with Finance, Fulfillment, and Inbound to resolve issues.
• Build knowledge in NetSuite, Coupa, or SAP for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years in procurement, purchasing, or related role.
• Foundational understanding of POs and invoice workflows.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
