Procurement Specialist II

📋 Description

• Maintain and influence relationships with clients and within AGS.
• Assist clients in establishing or extending Statements of Work (SOW) and resource assignments.
• Confer with suppliers to gather information, including price, delivery schedules, and key project
• Field questions from clients and escalate when necessary.
• Triage incoming requirements to determine the appropriate engagement type.
• Manage primary customer support activities, including quality reviews and timekeeping/milestone

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in procurement and supplier relationship management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret spend data
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to build successful client relationships
• Familiarity with VMS and eProcurement technologies
