Procurement Specialist II (Talent Pool)

📋 Description

• Operational support of procurement processes and delivering visibility into spend.
• Triage requirements to determine engagement type; assist with SOW.
• Collaborate with suppliers to gather price, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Manage client support activities including timekeeping and milestone tracking via VMS.
• Develop relationships with client and internal stakeholders; communicate proactively.
• Ensure projects close in the system at end of engagement and notify security if needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of procurement/procurement-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with client managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data skills with spend analysis and deriving data stories.
• Experience with VMS and/or eProcurement systems.
