Procurement Specialist II (Talent Pool)

📋 Description

• Provide operational support for procurement processes and spend visibility.
• Triage incoming requirements to determine engagement type.
• Assist with establishing or extending SOWs and resource assignments.
• Coordinate with suppliers on price, delivery, and terms.
• Manage client relationships and timely feedback.
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of procurement/procurement-related experience.
• Completed AGS Way Procurement Solutions training.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data competency for spend analysis.
• Experience with VMS and/or eProcurement tools for SOWs.
