Procurement Specialist II (Talent Pool)

📋 Description

• Operational support for procurement; deliver spend visibility.
• Triage requirements to determine engagement type.
• Assist with SOW establishment and resource assignments.
• Gather price, delivery, and terms from suppliers.
• Manage client support: QA of providers, timekeeping, milestones (VMS).
• Build client and AGS relationships; maintain timely updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years procurement experience.
• Minimal direction for advanced responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with client managers.
• Completed AGS Way Procurement Solutions training.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; service delivery.
