Procurement & Supply Chain Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish and lead company-wide procurement strategy, processes, and standards
• Develop strategic supplier ecosystem across technical categories (optical, laser, mechanical
• Lead sourcing and commercial negotiations (RFQs, pricing, framework contracts)
• Manage complex technical agreements including Joint Development Agreements
• Enable engineering/product teams by owning request-to-PO and supplier follow-up
• Implement scalable procurement workflows, documentation, approval processes, contract management

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or technical
• Experience in complex engineering, hardware, deep-tech, industrial technology, or advanced
• Proven track record building or improving procurement processes and supplier management
• Ability to work with engineers to translate technical needs into commercial/supplier strategy
• Strong negotiation skills for supplier agreements, pricing, delivery terms, commercial contracts
• Experience developing supplier qualification frameworks and evaluating supplier performance
