Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Own sourcing across the AIM hardware BOM (steel, wiring, PCBs, modules, sensors)
• Partner with hardware engineering to anticipate spec changes and BOM evolution
• Qualify and maintain approved vendor lists with secondary sources
• Run a dual-track supplier strategy for prototyping and production
• Own inventory posture against deployment demand; model lead times
• Build procurement calendar aligned to program milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or materials management in a hardware company
• Sourcing across mechanical hardware and electronics
• Track record building or improving procurement processes
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating volume contracts
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience transitioning from development to production with dual tracks
