Procurement Technology & AI Systems Analyst (Bangalore)

📋 Description

• Own admin, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of AI tools in GIS workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot API integrations between AI platforms and core procurement systems.
• Partner with the Systems & Tools Manager to evaluate AI capabilities and fit within the stack.
• Support automation workflows across Google Workspace and Slack to reduce manual work.
• Monitor performance, integration health, and adoption metrics; escalate issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, integration configurations, and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years as systems analyst, procurement tech, or related role.
• Hands-on ERP/procurement platform experience; NetSuite and SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Familiarity with Graphite Connect and LevelPath supplier tools a plus.
• Gemini familiarity.
• Comfort with APIs, light scripting Python, and system integrations.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack in business operations.
