Prod Mgr, Diagnostics - Global Services

📋 Description

• Define strategy and roadmap for diagnostic tech used to service Intuitive products.
• Provide tools and information to diagnose, identify root causes, and repair devices.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Tech Support, Product, Digital Customer Support, and leadership to guide roadmaps.
• Develop solution roadmaps and iterate based on user feedback and business needs.
• Develop proposals, business cases, and define technical requirements for diagnostics.
• Partner with engineers to deploy capabilities across the product portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ yrs related exp with Bachelor's; or 3 yrs with Master's; or PhD.
• Technical experience with medical device diagnostics or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge of Intuitive’s products.
• Experience with product management, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar.
• Experience building business cases using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Travel up to 25%.
