• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers
• Greet customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they are looking for
• Share knowledge about fashion and products to assist customers in making decisions
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service at every step
• Ensure the sales floor and back rooms are well stocked, organized and attractive
• Support with opening and closing of the store

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or similar areas (preferred)
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion or retail
• Comfortable working in a team and dynamic environment
• Communicative, creative and interested in working with technology in the store
• Strong desire to learn and develop
• Flexible and activity-oriented
