ProdOps Engineer (Intern)

📋 Description

• Process internal and external customer requests and issues
• Investigate user complaints via application logs and existing docs
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders through ticket systems and emails
• Apply changes to application configuration
• Support deployment, verification and testing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Have technical education and detail-oriented mindset
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Able to analyze application and system logs
• Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
• Basic understanding of network protocols (HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (Git, Jenkins, Argo CD)
