📋 Description

• Lead the game submission process for AAA titles from pre-cert to post-launch.
• Act as mission control during launches, aligning dev, QA and publishing.
• Drive backend/tech service integrations for in-development games.
• Design and run internal evaluation processes with Publishing and QA.
• Translate game knowledge into actionable business requirements for partners.
• Manage portions of a AAA game budget and track spend.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years in internal or external game development (AAA/Live Service).
• PM/Production experience; take games/features from inception to ship.
• Deep knowledge of game lifecycle and milestone reviews.
• Excellent communication; tailor style for audience.
• Strong relationship building with internal and external teams.
• Budget management experience and handling budget risks.
