📋 Description

• Partner with design and tech peers to define goals and deliverables.
• Prioritize game features and run your sub-team effectively.
• Manage your group's projects and Jira workflows.
• Align with leadership to refine structure and workflows in Jira/Flow.
• Coordinate, focus, prioritize and track progress across the team.
• Remove roadblocks and communicate roadmaps and risks to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of game production experience.
• Has completed at least 1 full game dev cycle.
• Organized, excellent communication and collaboration.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Passion for games and quality of the product.
• Excellent problem solver with common sense.
