🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience managing cross-functional teams through releases.
• Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous work and keep streams on track.
• Comfort working with engineering teams; you don\'t need to code, but understand software.
• Track record of shipping features on schedule via proactive risk management.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in release management, live operations, or publishing pipelines.
