📋 Description

• Lead production workflows and track D&D releases.
• Facilitate publication of products and support initiatives within the D&D studio.
• Manage end-to-end production deliverables for major releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with marketing, localization, and operations.
• Hybrid role: three days per week in Renton, WA office.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in games production or project management.
• Proven expertise in production workflows, tracking tools, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and time leadership across teams.
• Affinity for D&D and fantasy brands; knowledge of international manufacturing a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience (marketing, localization).
• Strong project management with ability to balance multiple projects in a matrix org.
