🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years producing and directing YouTube or digital-first content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and creative leadership
• Experience leading productions from concept through final delivery
• Excellent interviewing and directing skills; ability to make on-camera talent natural
• Strong project management and organizational skills; manage multiple productions
• Collaborative with creative, production, and marketing teams
• Passion for AI that helps people and improves workflows
