Producer & Project Manager

📋 Description

• Co-own shoot production end-to-end: scheduling, location logistics, crews
• Manage day-of production: call sheets and on-site management
• Lead travel and Bay Area shoots; coordinate nationwide productions
• Build and manage production budgets; track spend; vendor payments
• Source freelance crews, rental houses, studios, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate post-production: intake, feedback, QC, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years producing video with field and post-production coordination
• Proven track record independently running shoots of varying scale
• Experience building budgets, negotiating with vendors, handling payments
• Strong organizational instincts; build systems beyond to-do lists
• Excellent stakeholder communication; push back diplomatically
• Fluency in post workflows, review platforms, versioning, delivery specs
