Product Adoption SME (CASB/SWG)

📋 Description

• SME for Inline CASB, SWG, and Netskope Client product areas.
• Provide Tier-3 technical support to CS teams (TCSMs and TAMs).
• Lead frontline enablement on inline fundamentals and deployments.
• Act as Feature Design Advisor translating customer challenges to engineering needs.
• Engage in customer engagements, webinars, and knowledge base content.
• Liaise with CX, Eng, and PM to improve docs and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Background as solution architect, consultant, or sysadmin building security solutions.
• Experience building test labs and reverse engineering product behavior.
• Proven track record driving product adoption with customers.
• Working knowledge of security landscape; distill trends and explain complex contexts.
• Hands-on experience with CASB, SWG, NGFW, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC.
