• Analyze product performance and user behavior
• Define and optimize key product metrics
• Build dashboards and reports for teams
• Analyze customer journeys and feature adoption
• Collaborate with Product Managers on releases and A/B tests
• Identify friction and suggest data-backed improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Product/Data Analyst in digital products
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets experience
• Hands-on with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
• Know product analytics, experiments, A/B testing
• Experience with event analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Nice to have Python or statistical tools
