📋 Description

• Champion data-driven culture across product teams by setting measurement standards.
• Partner with Product Managers to define feature metrics and dashboards.
• Analyze large datasets to identify high-impact opportunities in risk and pricing.
• Serve as the product data expert; translate findings into actionable insights.
• Communicate what the data means; deliver recommendations to senior leadership.
• Advocate for members; ensure their needs shape data-informed product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data analysis, data science, or data-driven product management.
• Expert-level SQL skills across large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency with data viz tools (Snowflake, Mode, Tableau) to convey insights.
• Build clear, compelling data visualizations for diverse audiences.
• Solid experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Knowledge of statistics: linear and logistic regression, CIs, chain ladder.
• Proficiency in Python or R for scripting and advanced analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM or product platforms and data flows.
