Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor SLAs and workflow performance; flag anomalies.
• Investigate root causes of performance issues.
• Build dashboards and reports to surface process status.
• Own end-to-end operational workflows with visibility into bottlenecks.
• Drive provider/connection lifecycle: intake, mapping, coordination, automation handoff.
• Collaborate with product, integrations, and engineering to automate workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Data-driven, analytical, and operational-minded; use metrics to fix issues.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes.
• Strong reporting; build and interpret operational metrics.
• Proficient with structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON) and SQL basics.
• Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
• 2–4 years in ops/product ops or analytics in fintech/tech.
