• Review product and UX journeys, use session data and support tickets to identify friction points
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and underwriting to scope and implement changes and measure

🎯 Requirements

• About 2+ years in business, analyst, operations, or product-adjacent work; non-technical
• Analytical mindset with strong business judgment and ability to explain findings clearly to both
• Self-starter with ownership instinct and comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for analysis and
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration.
• Nice-to-have: experience in insurance/fintech or regulated industries; familiarity with product
