Product Analyst, Data Platform and Analytics

📋 Description

• Analyze product and customer data from multiple sources (analytics tools, feedback platforms
• Define, track, and report on key metrics such as NPS, ARR per user, active users, and firm
• Build dashboards and scalable reporting that unify data across systems and make insights accessible
• Work with incomplete, inconsistent, and less structured data, applying creative problem-solving to
• Partner with Product Managers to validate hypotheses, measure feature performance, and guide
• Collaborate with Finance to connect product usage with revenue outcomes, including revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics.
• Strong background in data mining, quantitative analysis, and problem solving.
• Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language (Python or R) for data wrangling and analysis and
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI (Microsoft Fabric a plus).
• Exposure to product analytics and feedback platforms such as Pendo
• Experience working with data platform or engineering teams to improve pipelines and data quality.
