Product Analyst II

📋 Description

• Lead data-driven experimentation to improve the client loan application experience
• Perform in-depth analyses and presentations to identify product opportunities and roadmap decisions
• Develop and maintain product analytics tracking across web and mobile
• Partner with Product, Research, and Design to define customer personas and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to validate analytics solutions and drive model development
• Identify opportunities for new product analytics initiatives and improved testing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a product or analytical role, blending data with strategic business insights
• Proficiency in SQL for manipulating and summarizing complex data
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Segment, Amplitude, or Looker)
• 1+ years working with A/B testing, statistical methodologies, and conversion funnels
• Experience transforming raw data using ETL tools (dbt or Fivetran)
• Working knowledge of R or Python
