📋 Description

Own metrics and analytics direction for the Payments product area
Influence strategy and roadmap priorities with Product Directors
Define success, build measurement frameworks, back decisions with data
Collaborate with analysts, researchers, PMs, designers and engineers

🎯 Requirements

3+ years analytics experience with KPIs and metrics
SQL (essential); experience with DBT
Data visualization: Tableau, PowerBI or similar
Event-tracking tools: GA, Amplitude or similar
Python ecosystem; AI/ML tooling experience welcome
Experience with A/B testing and data warehousing
