Product Analyst, Payments (Remote Spain)

📋 Description

• Own metrics and analytical direction for the payments product area
• Influence strategy and roadmap priorities with Product Directors
• Define success, build measurement frameworks, back decisions with data
• Collaborate with analysts, researchers, product managers, designers, engineers
• Build dashboards, analyses and forecasts for main metrics
• Experimentation and AB testing with product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years analytics, with PMs and user research exposure
• SQL (essential); DBT experience
• Data viz: Tableau/PowerBI or similar
• Event-tracking tools: GA, Amplitude or similar
• Python data tooling experience
• AI tooling experience (Claude Code or similar)
