🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar
• 7–10 years of relevant legal experience in consumer financial services, fintech, banking, or a
• Deep expertise in consumer banking and payments regulations, including Regulation E, NACHA rules
• Strong working knowledge of applicable federal consumer financial regulations, including
• Experience advising on state licensing requirements, regulatory change management, and banking or
• Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate complex legal issues, negotiate commercial
