Product and Research Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support execution of voice production runs alongside the Voice Production Lead; own day-to-day
• Support voice sourcing alongside the Voice Library Lead; build systems to source, vet, and create
• Own customer-facing voice engagements end to end, driving customers to be successful with models
• Support ad-hoc strategy and operations work, especially around modeling products for TTS, STT, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years as an operator at a high-growth tech startup or in strategy consulting (MBB or similar)
• High agency; proactive self-starter able to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Customer-facing skills, with the ability to drive conversations with executives
• Semi-technical; comfortable with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, etc. to build lightweight systems
• Genuine interest in operating with founder-level hunger and real enthusiasm for voice and audio
