3 - 6 years as an operator at a high-growth tech startup or in strategy consulting
High agency: proactive, autonomous in ambiguous environments
Customer-facing chops, ability to drive conversations with executives
Semi-technical: comfortable using lightweight systems (Cursor, Claude Code)
Interest in voice and audio tech; founder-level hunger
Experience in AI strategy/operations or product operations (preferred)
