Assist the Product team with day-to-day operations on compliance and customer service
Ensure workflows, changes, and data manipulations are documented and shared
Research and advise on trends in the competitive landscape
Prepare monthly presentations on product performance (achievements, optimizations, roadblocks)
Perform continuous QA on the product's email and site user experiences

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of marketing principles and product development
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organization
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge (nice to have)
Basic MySQL knowledge (nice to have)
