Build and maintain product analytics reporting used by PMs, engineers and execs.
Partner with PMs to answer usage, adoption, retention, and flows.
Maintain the product analytics tool stack (Pendo, Hex) with proper config and integration.
Enable PMs to self-serve with dashboards, templates, and documentation.
Design and iterate AI agent workflows to automate prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
Leverage LLM-powered tools to scale product ops: feedback, roadmap, governance.

🎯 Requirements

Strong SQL; daily writing as a standalone SME.
Track record in product analytics, ideally in a B2B SaaS with multiple products.
Hands-on with Pendo or similar (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) and SQL tools (Hex/Mode).
Clear storytelling with data; build dashboards that stand on their own.
Pragmatic; can progress in imperfect data environments.
Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered automation workflows.
