📋 Description

• Identify where AI can most improve how sellers work and how customers experience the sales process.
• Build agents and workflows for account research, prospecting, qualification, meeting preparation
• Define and prototype autonomous AI sellers that can manage parts of the sales cycle or run it end
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship products to OpenAI’s sales teams, learn from live
• Measure success through revenue impact, customer experience, seller effectiveness, higher win rates
• Turn successful workflows into a repeatable product that works across sales teams and customer

🎯 Requirements

• Firsthand sales experience and a clear understanding of how sellers build relationships, understand
• Experience building and experimenting with AI tools to improve how work gets done.
• Strong product judgment, curiosity about users and the ability to turn a messy workflow into a
